Emma's Biography
B.Mus (voice), M.Div., MYCC
Emma is an enthusiastic person, who loves to teach children. She discovered Music for Young Children when her mother began teaching it in her own studio, and they taught Sunrise/MusicTime together in area daycares. While on staff as a Children's and Worship pastor in a local church, Emma began her own business. Since then, Emma has taught for almost 20 years as an MYC teacher, and holds a B.Mus.degree in Voice Performance, and has her Level 8 Royal Conservatory in piano. In her work as a musician and teacher, Emma has been involved in a broad range of experiences working with children of all different ages, in diverse communities and situations. She has been trained to teach all MYC levels, and teaches in her home based studio in Dartmouth. Emma and her husband Isaac are proud to call Dartmouth home, where they reside with their two children (both of whom are MYC grads).
